Netscape Toolbar
A horizontal bar within the window in Netscape browser that contains buttons for the most frequently used commands. A toolbar can be positioned along the edge of the Netscape Communicator window or can float within its own window.
Handy Password has a toolbar for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox used for saving site login passwords, filling online webforms with them and submit the webmail logins automatically.
